Hon. Sandy Onor, former Cross Rivers state 2023 gubernatorial flagbearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has purchased the party’s presidential nomination forms to contest the 2027 presidential elections.
Onor, a political associate of Barr. Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, bought the form at Wadata Plaza, the party’s National Secretariat on Saturday in Wuse, Abuja.
PDP insider source told Spear News that Onor would be the first aspirant to purchase the 2027 presidential nomination forms under the PDP platform.
Meanwhile, the presidential aspirant had served as senator in the red chamber, representing Cross River Central Senatorial District in the 9th National Assembly.
