The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has launched a nationwide manhunt for Jordan Guy MacDonald Goudreau, a former United States Special Forces operative who is wanted for failing to appear at a bond revocation hearing on multiple weapons-related charges. The hearing was scheduled to hold on October 31, 2025, at the United States Federal Courthouse in Tampa, Florida.
Goudreau, who is now considered armed and dangerous, has been the subject of an extensive federal investigation tied to a series of alleged illegal arms exports and violations of US national security laws. The FBI has announced a reward of up to $25,000 for credible information that leads directly to his arrest.

According to details released by US authorities, Goudreau was originally indicted in July 2024 on a 14-count federal charge, including Conspiracy to Violate the Arms Export Control Act, Smuggling, Arms Export Control Act violations, Export Control Reform Act violations, Violation of the National Firearms Act, and Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun.
The indictment alleges that Goudreau illegally exported firearms, night vision equipment, laser sights, and other restricted military gear from the United States to Colombia. Federal prosecutors say the equipment was intended for an armed incursion into Venezuela with the objective of forcibly removing political leaders from power.

Following these charges, Goudreau was granted bond but later failed to appear at a scheduled revocation hearing, prompting the court to issue a fresh arrest warrant on October 31, 2025, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
The FBI has urged the public to exercise caution, warning that Goudreauโs military background, weapons expertise, and the nature of the allegations suggest he may pose a significant threat. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to immediately contact local law enforcement or the nearest FBI field office.
Spear News will continue to monitor developments as the search for Goudreau intensifies across the United States and beyond.
