Yusuf Buhari, son of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, has emerged as the consensus candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency in Katsina State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
APC stakeholders in Sandamu Local Government Area of Katsina State formally endorsed him as their preferred candidate for the federal constituency.
The endorsement was reached during a high-level meeting held on Wednesday night at the Sandamu Local Government Secretariat, attended by elected officials and political appointees from across the federal constituency.
