Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule has announced Senator Aliyu Wadada as his preferred APC governorship candidate.
Sule made the declaration while holding a meeting with political appointees at the Nasarawa State Government House.
Political watchers said this announcement was timely and apt to settle further political permutations ahead of 2027 general polls.
Spear News findings, however, showed that Wadada represents Nasarawa West in the 10th Senate and recently defected from the SDP to the APC to run for the gubernatorial race.
