Africa’s most popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, returns for its landmark 10th season on July 27, 2025, with the winner set to receive a staggering N150 million grand prize, organizers announced Wednesday.
Multichoice Nigeria revealed the show will kick off with special opening night events on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, hosted as always by fan-favorite anchor Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
“After nine groundbreaking seasons totaling 709 days of non-stop entertainment and featuring 197 housemates, we’re proud to celebrate this milestone edition,” said Obi-Uchendu. “The show has awarded N637 million in total prizes so far, and we’re raising the stakes higher than ever.”
Busola Tejumola, Multichoice’s Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels, promised this anniversary season would deliver unprecedented entertainment value. “Season 10 will offer fresh excitement for viewers, sponsors and participants alike,” Tejumola stated, confirming the N150 million grand prize – the richest in Nigerian reality TV history.
