Iran has warned that its armed forces are prepared to respond to any military action by the United States after President Donald Trump threatened renewed attacks if Tehran fails to rein in its regional allies.
The warning came amid rising tensions between the two countries following Trump’s latest remarks, in which he said the United States would resume military strikes against Iran if it did not restrain Hezbollah and other groups backed by Tehran.
