Establishment of Oil and Gas Academy in Bauchi will Eradicate Political Thuggery-Sen Bulkachuwa

The Senator representing Bauchi North constituency in the Senate, Adamu Muhammad Bulkachuwa has applauded the siting of the oil and gas academy in Bauchi State as it will create jobs in oil industry and political thuggery will be a thing of the past.
He stated this in a goodwill message during the ground breaking ceremony of Bauchi Oil and gas academy (BOGA A) in Alkaleri Local Government Area of the State.
He said “the establishment of this school will achieve many advantages,one of which is, this school will remove from political thuggery, thousands and thousands of youth who will be trained and who will eventually be absorbed by the oil industry in Nigeria which is currently, mostly based in the south but now that the north has arrived.”
Senator Bulkachuwa appreciated Governor Bala Mohammed foresight in establishing the academy,” your Excellency, your foresight to start this school will not only provide the manpower for this industry which would be the premier oil industry in the North, which will eventually lay the foundation of a real, solid unity and political cohesion in the country.”

The Senator acknowledged the federal government’s commitment in the exploration of petroleum in the region.
“Your Excellency, we welcome the Honourable Minister and one thing his visit signifies is the federal government has taken the exploration of petroleum and gas in Bauchi and Gombe very seriously we are grateful for that. we wish to extend our gratitude to the federal government. The promise that was by the former president and reiterated by the current president when they came to commission Kolmani one is now a real fact and a reality and we hope that exploration of petroleum and gas will soon start and we don’t want to gas being flared we want it to be packaged we want it distributed soon and have plants where lng would be established and cng which will help our transportation system to come into place in this region.”

” Your Excellency this ground breaking ceremony is far more important and it goes beyond the issue of Alkaleri as a local government, it is a national event. It is an event that will promote and improve the economic situation in the whole country. You People have been talking about dividing this country, no! The country will remain solid one indivisible, because if everywhere has the economic werewithal, then there is no problem, nobody will be regarded as a parasite everybody and every state will contribute to the economic wellbeing of the country.
I am here to on behalf of the citizens of Bauchi State, on behalf of the citizens of northeastern Nigeria and on behalf of the North and indeed on behalf of Nigeria as a whole to thank your Excellency for the foresight and what you have just started and we will provide the country with the manpower and we will be proud of you wherever you find yourself after 2027.

We thank you very much we appreciate this day, it is a remarkable day in the history of the Nigerian economic development, in the Nigerian petroleum and gas history and we hope that your name will be written in gold in the archives of the Nigerian petroleum industry”.
