The House of Representatives has approved two key bills sponsored by Hon. Anamero Dekeri, Member representing Etsako Federal Constituency.
The bills, which seek to establish a Federal Medical Centre in Uluoke Uzairue and a Federal College of Education (Technical) in Ogute-Okpella, Edo State, were successfully considered and passed during today’s plenary session.
The approval marks a major step forward in addressing critical gaps in healthcare and technical education in Edo State. Once signed into law, the Federal Medical Centre, Uluoke Uzairue, will enhance access to specialised medical services, while the Federal College of Education (Technical), Ogute-Okpella, will bolster vocational and teacher training in the zone.
