An Air Peace flight from Accra to Monrovia made an emergency landing in Liberia on Sunday following a cabin pressurisation incident.
The airline confirmed the incident occurred during the aircraft’s descent into Monrovia.
In a statement, the management of Air Peace Limited said its crew “promptly initiated safety measures to ensure the continued comfort and well-being of all passengers on board.”
The flight landed safely at Roberts International Airport and no injuries were reported.
The airline’s statement, signed by management and dated 26 October 2025, sought to reassure the public, stating that “safety remains the foundation of Air Peace’s operations.”
It also commended the crew’s handling of the situation, which it said “underscores our unwavering commitment to the highest standards of safety.”
Air Peace expressed appreciation for the “calm cooperation” of passengers and confirmed that its operations continue uninterrupted.
