The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Hon. Joseph Ikpea, has been declared the winner of the Edo Central Senatorial District bye-election in a stunning landslide victory, defeating his closest rival, Joe Okojie of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), by a massive margin.
