This lifestyle off-roader supports the Federal Government’s green energy initiative by offering a versatile electric mode, and it eliminates charging anxieties with a comprehensive system that includes fast charging, slow charging, engine charging, and regenerative braking.
Under the hood, a 1.5L turbocharged engine paired with a dual electric motor generates a combined 375 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque, supported by a 26.73kWh battery.
The launch comes on the heels of the Jetour brand being named the ‘Fastest Growing Brand in Nigeria’ at the prestigious 2024 NAJA Awards, highlighting its rapid market acceptance.
The vehicle itself is a substantial presence on the road, measuring 4785mm long, 2006mm wide, and 1875mm high, and is packed with cutting-edge safety tech including comprehensive airbags, a 360° surround camera, advanced emergency braking, and an anti-rollover system.
Inside, the focus is on premium comfort and technology, featuring a massive 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and a suite of driver assists like adaptive cruise control. Riding on 20-inch alloy wheels, the T2 PHEV is backed by a confident five-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty, solidifying its position as a top-tier contender in the Nigerian automotive market.
