The All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed its National Convention for March 25-28, 2026, and released a detailed schedule for the congresses leading up to it.
The party’s National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, announced the timetable on Saturday via his verified X (formerly Twitter) handle.
According to the schedule, the process will begin with a nationwide membership e-registration from December 1, 2025, to January 30, 2026.
This will be followed by a series of congresses starting at the ward level on February 18, 2026, progressing through local government, state, and zonal levels in February and March.
The zonal congresses are set for March 21, 2026, across the six geopolitical zones, paving the way for the final national convention in late March.
The activities in the timetable are conducted pursuant to Articles 11 and 17 of the APC Constitution, aimed at electing new party officials at all levels.
