Kaduna state Governor, Senator Uba Sani has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the progress and unity of the State, emphasizing the strides made despite prevailing challenges.
In his Eid-el-Fitr message to the people of the state, the governor extended his warm greetings and urged citizens to use the occasion to renew their faith in Almighty Allah and strengthen communal ties.
“Eid-el-Fitr is a period of reflection, charity, and generosity. It is a time to share love, food, and respect with the less privileged. As you celebrate with family, friends, and neighbours, I implore you to spare a thought for our dear state and offer prayers for lasting peace, progress, and development,” he said.
Governor Sani acknowledged the socio-economic challenges but noted that Kaduna State has recorded significant improvements in critical sectors, including rural transformation, security, urban infrastructure, economic revitalization, human capital development, and empowerment initiatives for youth and women.
“As your Governor, I reaffirm my administration’s unwavering dedication to the transformation of rural communities, the enhancement of urban infrastructure—particularly in areas inhabited by the underprivileged—security, economic revitalization, and social development. Our vision remains steadfast: to build a Kaduna State where all communities coexist in peace and prosperity,” he stated.
He also called on citizens to pray for Nigeria and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as his administration continues implementing reforms to reposition the nation’s economy.
“May the Almighty Allah strengthen our President as he consolidates on his bold and courageous economic reforms aimed at resetting Nigeria and restoring prosperity,” he added.
Governor Sani wished all residents a joyous Eid-el-Fitr, expressing optimism that the celebration would bring peace and progress to the state and the country at large.
“Once again, I extend my heartfelt wishes for a blessed and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr. Eid Mubarak.” he added.
