Gospel artist Toluwanisings has shared how he manages the temptations that come with fame, particularly attention from women.
Speaking during an interview on ‘The Teju Babyface Show’, the singer revealed that he maintains transparency with his wife by informing her about any advances from fans or admirers.
He recounted shocking experiences, including receiving explicit video calls and extravagant offers, but stressed that his commitment to his faith helps him stay grounded and focused on his purpose.
He said, “If any woman asks me out, I always tell my wife when I get home. I have met women who want to give me millions to date them. Some even want to take me out of the country.
“I was in the studio one day when one called me on video. When I picked, I shouted Jesus at what I saw,” he said, hinting at the sexually suggestive nature of the video call”.
Toluwanisings, however, cautioned that fame can be perilous without strong moral guidance, noting that his commitment to his values helps him stay focused.
“Fame can be very destructive. When you are famous and you are not born again, you will misbehave,” he added.
