Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the “Father of Modern Nigeria” while extending warm birthday wishes to him.
In a statement issued on Saturday, March 29, 2025, and signed by Fred Itua, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Senator Okpehbholo on behalf of the government and people of Edo State, celebrated the President’s dedeication to national development and his unwavering commitment to the country’s progress.
“President Tinubu’s visionary leadership and tireless efforts to steer Nigeria towards greater heights are deeply appreciated,” Okpebholo stated. “As the Father of Modern Nigeria, he is making a huge impact that Nigerians will one day remember him for.”
The governor praised Tinubu’s wealth of political experience, strategic foresight, and resilience in addressing the country’s socio-economic and political challenges. He noted that under Tinubu’s leadership, Nigeria has witnessed significant policy reforms aimed at stabilizing the economy, improving infrastructure, and fostering unity among Nigerians.
