President Bola Tinubu has appointed Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the Board Chairman of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

Information & Strategy, Tinubu also approved the appointment of Hon. Fatuhu Mohammed Buhari from Katsina State as the Director-General of the National Agricultural Seed Council.
Additionally, the President named board chairmen for 21 other federal institutions, with many appointees being APC state chairmen and party officials. Among them are:
Chief Emma Eneukwu, APC Deputy Chairman (South) – National Automotive Development Council
Mallam Muhammad Massan, APC Bauchi Chairman – Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute
Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas, APC Kano Chairman – Nigerian Agricultural Quarantine Service
Dr. Austian Agada, APC Benue Chairman – National Agricultural Seed Council
Hon. Macdonald Ebere, APC Imo Chairman – Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology
Ubong Stephen Ntukekpo, APC Akwa Ibom Chairman – National Institute for Freshwater Fish
Aminu Musa Bobi, APC Niger Chairman – National Library of Nigeria
Pharm. Abass Olayide, APC Oyo Chairman – Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna
Benjamin Omale, APC Benue Chairman – National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu
Rufus Bature, APC Plateau Chairman – Nigerian Coal Corporation
Comrade Mustapha Salihu, APC Adamawa Chairman – NAPTIP
Others appointed include chairmen for institutions like the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria, the Federal College of Agriculture, and the Nigerian Institute of Mining and Geosciences.
The appointments reflect Tinubu’s continued efforts to restructure key government agencies with party loyalists and experienced administrators.
