A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Obidike Chukwuebuka, has stated that the suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, should express gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. According to Chukwuebuka, the president’s intervention through Fubara’s suspension saved him from facing impeachment.
He said Tinubu’s declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State saved Fubara from the shame.
