Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has attributed the recent wave of defections from opposition parties to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state to the impressive performance of his administration and its inclusive policies.
The governor made this declaration during an Iftar dinner hosted for state and local government executives of the Kaduna State APC at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House on Friday, March 14, 2025.
The event, which marked the breaking of the Ramadan fast, was attended by key party leaders, including the State Party Chairman, Air Commodore Emmanuel Jekada (Rtd), who led the delegation.
Governor Uba Sani used the occasion to highlight the achievements of his administration, which he said have resonated with both party members and opposition figures alike.
“Our administration has recorded successes in various sectors which has prompted the recent high influx of decampees from other political parties to the All Progressives Congress (APC)”, Uba stated.
He reiterated his administration’s commitment to sustaining this momentum by engaging with stakeholders and implementing policies that benefit all residents of Kaduna State.
“We shall continue our strategic engagement with relevant stakeholders across Kaduna State because of their vital role in driving development, promoting and sustaining peace and stability in our communities” the governor promised.
